Skinning Recipes - Cost to Craft & Profit

Skinning at current prices

Every figure is an estimate at current lowest listed prices: listings are asking prices, not sales. A craft is ranked here only when its finished item and every reagent have a current listing, the estimated profit survives Blizzard’s 5% Auction House cut, enough people are listing the finished item that its price is a market rather than one seller’s ask, and that lowest listing is within 3 times its own 30-day median.

4 of the 33 Skinning recipes clear that bar right now. Of the rest, 5 show an estimated profit on a listing too thin or too far from its own 30-day median to rank and 24 have a reagent or an output with no current listing, so no estimate is claimed for them.

Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
