This spell is a little unusual in that it's channeled, but you can't interrupt yourself by using another ability. For example, on a Mage you can channel Blizzard, but then if you decide to switch to Frostbolt, you can simply start casting Frostbolt to break the channel early.
But if you're channeling
Sith Lord Force LightningCrackling Jade Lightning and the targetJedimob moves into melee range, you cannot simply Jab or Blackout Kick or whatever. You either have to finish the channel, or jump/move/Esc to stop channeling before doing something else.
