ShadowTooltip
Gain of Maddening Whispers. Your damaging spells transfer one Maddening Whisper to the target for 30 sec. This may only occur once every.1 sec. When all Whispers have been applied, each deals Shadow damage.
How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 20 sec after it is cast. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs. It can proc at most once every 0.5 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Maddening Whispers.
What it does
Maddening Whispers is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Maddening Whispers (record #222050). It stacks up to 10 times.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
