I was lucky enough to get it on my first time. And I must admit. It is pretty cool looking. Trust me. It is worth the wait. I especially like the chain tail that swings occasionally. Even though it is the new model, it still looks really cool. It dropped on my solo run on mythic difficulty. I wish luck to everyone who is farming this mount.
I think you mean the temporary mount ability for Death Knights, Dark Horsemen. Or more likely Reins of the Vicious Skeletal Warhorse.

Seems to be an updated (and current-content) version of Fiery Warhorse's Reins which drops from the Attumen the huntsman in the 7.1 version of Karazhan.
Don't know how, but I've seen someone using this exact same mount but blue.

It's later now, but try checking on the Vicious Black Bonesteed.
It's confirmed that the RESKINS of Midnight available in Legion Remix will DEFINITELY fly... no question about that. Now, does the original model fly? It's not been confirmed at the time I write this, but one can only imagine that would be the case... it's happened before with other horse mounts that didn't fly, then did.
That's just someone speculating.
I knew this mount was special, but to base an entire expansion around them seems a bit much.
Early rumors from the 12.0 Expansion (Midnight) PTR is that this horse model now flies.
