This skill is almost useless as it is now.

First because you can't use it to skip mobs because of the 35 yard range (you need to consider that a 17.5 yard distance will still aggro a same level mob) so you need to be a priest to soothe and it will work only for one mob not a pack.

Second it's cast time makes it also useless as shortcut to a location because it takes the same time as if you walk to the target location (unless you are slowed).

Third you can't use it while Rooted!

Regarding the allowed path, I believe it has the same limitations of the warriors' Charge. Meaning that often it will not allow you to teleport to the target location.

And last, you have to deal with the Venthyr attitute to use this skill, every day. I say it's not worth it.

Useless in Korthia but treasures and even getting over minor chasms. No Path Available

No path available. Every time you really need this ability. Useless.
