If you want to use the spell in a macro you need to name it"Mindgames(Venthyr)" instead of just Mindgames
I've searched a bit for the error to be found :DExample:

/cast Mindgames(Venthyr)[EDIT] also make sure you don't have a icon selected (the questionmark)

Shift-clicking it in the Spellbook while the cursor is in the macro edit box should also insert that correct version.
Note that the reversed damage and healing is done instead of the corresponding damage/healing, making the effective damage/healing double what's listed.
