Kindred Spirits

For those wondering and as other comments have touched on, yes, this is a more or less a reimagined version of a druid spell that was called Symbiosis. In the past, Symbiosis gave the druid an additional class ability based on the class it was placed on and the buff lasted for 1 hour. In exchange, that other character got one druid class ability as well. These bonus abilities varied by the specialization of the class who received the druid's buff, meanwhile the druid gained a set one from each class based on their own druid specialization, be it Balance, Feral, Guardian, or Restoration.

Symbiosis was introduced in Mists of Pandaria and removed in Warlords of Draenor, but has been remade into Kindred Spirits in kind. It is now a simple ability that mirrors the druid's abilities on to another character at a percent of effectiveness. Guardians have damage taken by their target mirrored on to them instead, Restoration mirrors any healing they do on to their target of the effect, and Balance and Feral mirror any damage they do as bonus damage, healing, or absorption to their target - the most interesting of the bunch.

"Restoration - 15% increased damage for 10s via Lone Meditation" should say "increased healing."

What isn't really explained, is how this benefits the Druid doing the bonding.
