RogueThe way this works is that when you use this ability it will set a "special" combo point at a certain place in your combopoints. for instance at place 3.
Now you can build up combopoints further then this special one, for instance to 4 or 5, but then it won't trigger. But if you use a finishing move when you have exactly the right amount (in this example 3) combopoints, it will act as 7.
So you want to get this special combopoint low, and use it emediately. you can get a 7 point rupture with only 3 combopoints.

I saw this crit for 9k in arena and just delete an ele shammy
not to mention that it lets you do big evisc right after with less combo points too. This one ability alone is probably a large part of what's making sub so oppressive right now.
this ability is currently broken OP in pvp, expect a nerf soon
