How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 40 sec after it is cast. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

What it does
Tormented Insight is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec.
