ShadowTooltip
Your damaging spells and abilities have a chance to deal an additional Shadow damage over 15 sec.
If a target dies while affected by the Tormentor's Rack Fragment, it leaves a Shredded Soul behind which you can collect to gain Critical Strike for 20 sec.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Tormentor's Rack Fragment is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Excruciating Twinge.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
What it does
Tormentor's Rack Fragment is a Shadow spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Excruciating Twinge.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
