Probably going to be known as "Fury" for shorthand, This is the standard Bloodlust/Heroism we've known for years.
Evokers interestingly have a gimmick of time magic but Time warp already exists, so rather than having any bronze magic involved, this is specifically calling upon the blessing of the aspects to empower your raid. At least, as far as I can tell.
As such it counts as a "generic" spell and does not trigger any dragonflight color interactions.

This spell is being added in Dragonflight to offset the class dilution that comes with introducing another class which doesn’t bring "lust". The beta also has a combat resurrection spell for paladins. Interestingly, this means that all mail classes will still bring lust, and two healing specs will bring tools previously only available to a single healing spec. (Battle res was Resto Druid only, and lust was Resto shaman only.)
Hopefully this will make for fewer "LF Resto Sham" PUG listings, and make it easier to fill comps requiring lust from a non-dps.
Disappointing note: there are still no tank specs which bring bloodlust effects, which continues to be a hurdle for groups who would like to play less "meta" comps. The impact of protection paladins receiving a battle res is minimal, since engineering res is available to any class, and is already available to melee, ranged, healers, and tanks in some form.
