Blessing of the Bronze

Blessing of the Bronze is the [class=13 icon=false]'s group buff, it reduces the cooldown of a major movement ability by 15%. Like every group buff (e.g. Battle Shout) it is applied to every party and raid member within 40 yards when used and lasts 1 hour.

• NOTE: This is a particularly interesting spell on the technical side, as each class has a different spellID for the buff unlike other group buffs where everyone gets the same one. For example 381732 is the [class=6 icon=false]'s version, while 381741 is the [class=12 icon=false]'s one.

This is a party buff, which means its typically for raids/dungeons. Since Soar isn't going to ever be used there (or maybe super-rarely), but Hover is featured constantly, this is much more beneficial to the class.
