The recipe is learned from a trainer, but the crafted item is a tailor made item, you can't buy it on the Auction house. You can only obtain it through crafting orders. It requires 100 Artisan's Acuity, 50 Mosswool thread, and 500 spool of Weaverthread.
I have a silly question. I put the weaver line up as a work order today, supplied all the mats and then received 4 Algari Weaverlines. Is that intended that way? I only used one for my fishing pole.
