When summoned you can click on him for a [item=107499] doesn't happen every time you bring him out so I am guessing it has a cooldown though i do not know how long it is.

Blizzard unveiled their two latest additions to the Blizzard store in a special bundle--the [item=97989] and [npc=74402]!

You can purchase the [npc=74402] and [item=97989] for $30 total here. For every [npc=74402] and [item=97989]bundle or individual Alterac Brew Pup purchased now through December 31, 2013, Blizzard will donate $5 to Make-A-Wish®.

Alterac Brew Pup Gets Blizzard Store Page, On Sale Soon

The [item=106240], which summons [npc=74402], just got a special Blizzard Store page: https://us.battle.net/shop/en/product/world-of-warcraft-pet-alterac-brew-pup. The sale button isn't active yet, but it seems to be going live soon, as 50% of the proceeds will go towards the Make-A-Wish foundation until December 31st.

Edit: since we've published the above, the page has been taken down (screenshotted below), but the [npc=74402] tooltip still lists the Pet Store as the source.
