You can get the [item=180640] from [npc=171484] treasure in Ardenweald.

To be able to interact with the treasure, you'll need to bring [item=180784] which adds a time limit of 10min to your efforts. Yet the only known location for these flowers is the northern boundary inside of "The Stalks" area in Ardenweald's western part. Their appearance is not connected to the treasure and they respawn within 6-7min (duration won't be refreshed if you already have some in your bags). Looks like the flowers won't disappear when someone else looted them shortly before.

With the flowers head east to Blackthorn Grove (~700y), find the Bounding Shroom there to get kicked up into the air and carefully land on the tree where the treasure icon is shown on your minimap. Click the Incense Burner, the smoke of the flowers will then attract the Moth so you can click it to get your pet.

which is a part of Desiccated Moth Treasures of Ardenweald achievement.
You can find the flowers north of Root-Home flight point
near the river where the [npc=164415] rare cave is located.
To get the treasure you have to take Aromatic Flowers and bring them
to Incense Burner on the tree North-East of Dreamsong Fenn flight point.
To get on the tree you have to jump on the mushroom not far from the tree
and glide towards the treasure.
