If no players are hit, it will cause Amniotic Eruption.

Amniotic Splatter is a Nature spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 5 sec. It also casts Amniotic Splatter (record #298443).
