- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 4 times over the full 4 sec. It triggers Arcing Current.
What it does
Arcing Current is a Nature spell with an instant cast, a range of 60 yards, a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Arcing Current (record #303440).
