How it works

It works on charges (charge category 2092); the charge count and recharge time live in a client table the datamine does not carry, so they are not stated here. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3).

What it does

Arclight Spanner is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
