PaladinWas just randomly looking through the new Mount section of Collections and noticed this one come up when I already have [item=47180]. Either it's an oversight by Blizzard or refers to an early version of the mount that some people might have and Blizz left it in for those people.

It supposedly "requires Paladin" but I can't find/buy it even on my Paladin alt - unlike this one which is indeed sold by Dame Evniki Kapsalis to Paladins only.
