TheWoWDBProcs decently enough to be good on single target sustain fights for melee, often rivaling that of cooldown abilities or damaging trinkets, but due to its random nature it can be fickle and fail to proc much. Does very little for AoE overall, but does at least increase in total damage against more targets (doubles at 5). Each hit can crit.
