Infuses an Earthrager with Azerite, healing it for 25% of its health every 1 sec sec for 2 sec. The Earthrager becomes empowered when the infusion finishes, freeing it from crowd control and increasing its damage done by 50% and increasing their damage taken by 150%.

Also causes it to pulses Azerite energy every 2 sec sec, inflicting 3.5 Arcane damage to all players.

Prefers targets not under the effects of Fracking Totem or other crowd control effects.
