How it works

It can proc at most once every 6 sec.

Backlash is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 290. Its base value is 2.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 219. Its base value is 20.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Backlash.

What it does

Backlash is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Backlash (record #387385).
