You can kill mobs OR buy the quest items on the AH:
30 hardened spring (10g ea on AH rn / 330g for all)
10 Temperd plating (49s ea on AH rn / 5g for all)
5 Machined Gear assembly (8g ea on AH rn / 39g for all)^^ Used to farm Spare Parts quickly (you can also clear the dungeon trash or smth)
From there you make S.P.A.R.E. Crates, turn those into "Battle Box" using Junkyard Tinkering (requires exalted, recipe sold by Royal Vendorbot)
