Form a Fel Shield for 10 sec, absorbing 30% of incoming damage, up to. While the shield holds, a portion of the absorbed damage is stored as volatile Fel energy.
When the shield expires or breaks, the energy erupts and inflicts Fire damage to split between nearby enemies.
How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 20 sec after it is cast. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Binding Flame is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 69.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 30.
What it does
Binding Flame is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 90 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
