How it works

Birth is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 10.
  2. Effect 2 is Spawn (effect type 46).

What it does

Birth is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura and has a Spawn effect.
