Thought this mount is account-wide, it does not have a correlating mount that Horde can immediately use. In other words, all 10 mounts have to be bought separately.
I purchased this mount quite some time ago on a Horde character and only today did I get a notification that it's unusable. I don't know if it's Blizz updating their spell info (because I don't remember if I could or could not use it before) but I was able to purchase it.
