Causes an explosion around yourself, dealing (54.3% of Spell Power) Fire damage to all enemies, knocking them back, and reducing movement speed by 70% for 6 sec.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

Blast Wave is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). It scales with 0.5434 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -70. It applies the snared mechanic. Its area radius is 8 yards.

What it does

Blast Wave is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage in an 8 yard radius and applies an aura with the snared mechanic in an 8 yard radius.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
