Tooltip

Targets in a cone in front of you are blinded, causing them to wander disoriented for 5 sec. Damage may cancel the effect.

When Blinding Sleet ends, enemies are slowed by 50% for 6 sec.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.

Blinding Sleet is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 5. Its base value is 1. Its area radius is 12 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -60. Its area radius is 12 yards.

What it does

Blinding Sleet is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1 min cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 12 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the disoriented mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
