How it works

Blink Nova is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3).
  2. Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3).

What it does

Blink Nova is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
