i doubt about how much crit and haste it will be in %. it seems like wowhead has different formulas for each piece of set to count ratings. here resilience numbers for example:

Breastplate : 189 (1.39% @ L85). 1% = 136
Gauntlets: 140 (0.38% @ L85).
Helm: 189 (0.51% @ L85).
Bracers: 105 (0.29% @ L85).

Same for crit rating:
Bracers: 105 (0.59% @ L85).
Belt: 140 (2.11% @ L85).
Legs: 189 (1.05% @ L85).

if we assume there is a bug only in breastplate's ratings and belt ratings then we can count some numbers (can't fing information about ratings on wowwiki but will count 1% resilience as 365 resilience rating and 1% crit as 180 rating, 1% haste as 128 rating).
