This mount can be obtained by purchasing the BlizzCon 2023 Collection Bundle (Legendary Pack).
People attending BlizzCon 2023 in-person will receive these cosmetics for free by redeeming a code AXS sends you via email.

Information:
○ Bound Blizzard has a unique summoning animation.
○ This mount has a fun mount special. It picks up a few snowballs and starts to juggle them.
○ The BlizzCon logo can be seen on its back, it's a little hard to notice at first.
○ This is a flying mount.

By purchasing the BlizzCon 2023 Collection Bundle you will also recieve the following for World of Warcraft:
○ Ysergle - A Ysera baby murloc pet.
○ Chilling Celebration Banner - A BlizzCon branded banner that is interactable. When you click on the banner a pennant will appear on your back for 1 hour. Other party or raid members can interact with the banner as well.

○ The BlizzCon logo can be seen on its back, it's a little hard to notice at first. > During the flying animation, it is hard clipping with most of the races by cutting the player model in half. Only the humans (suprise suprise) have good positioning, the female blood elves and the very short races like gnomes/goblins / vulpera.
