Maybe I'm nuts, but I think this mount is a bit smaller than my netherdrake. I just won it tonight, and i swear I see a difference.
You have to get to this guy in 25 minutes or less, or he will despawn. You can actually get to this guy just before the last boss, just take a left instead of walking into the boss's room.
