TheWoWDBI have been trying to use this to enchant my weapon or onto vellum but it just keeps saying not suitable for weapon appearance any ideas

In my case I had a bow equipped, which is wrong type weapon. I unequipped it and was able to enchant. Why it works that way is another question.
