- Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24). Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is effect type 90, which the datamine does not name.
What it does
Buzz is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it creates an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
