TheWoWDBWorth noting that at this time, if you are a dual wielder, like assassination rogues with dual daggers, you can apply Buzzing Rune to both weapons.
The first time you use it, it will be applied to your main hand weapon, and then if you click the buzzing rune again, it will be applied to your offhand weapon.
Curious how much of a difference it will make in DPS overall, but for rogues at least, DPS is DPS, and if you can make or afford the runes it is probably worth it. Input & expertise appreciated.
