How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Chains of Damnation is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 296.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -100.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 5 per tick. It applies the bleeding mechanic. It ticks every 2 sec.

What it does

Chains of Damnation is a spell with a 2.5 sec cast, an unlimited range, a 4.5 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura with the bleeding mechanic every 2 sec. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
