How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Chronal Burn is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 7.225 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec (108.38 base in total).
- Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 20.
What it does
Chronal Burn is an Arcane spell with a 1 sec cast, a range of 300 yards, a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec.
