TheWoWDBJust got this little guy, so here is the quick and dirty on him.
You can buy him once you reach rank 4 with the Brawler's Guild for 21 silver in a level 25 guild, it's 30 silver without it.
At level 1 his stats are:
158 Health
10 Power
12 Speed
Quality - RareHe CANNOT be caged, so no trading. (Sorry!)

Just thought I'd add my two cents here.
This guy is a mechanical battle pet, and, as you can see from his fists, he packs quite a punch. However, nearly all of his abilities, (With the exception of Overtune) deal humanoid damage.
This makes this guy especially useful against those dragonkin that may sometimes have magic abilities, but he's not nearly as good against beasts as his mechanical brethren are.Plus he's a wittle bitty mechagnome wif spiky fists. B'awwwwwwwwwwwww.
