When you directly $?a450870[attack or heal]?a137023[attack][heal] an affected target, it has a chance to intensify, withdrawing additional vitality to increase its effect by up to 20%.

Keg Smash no longer contributes vitality. While Aspect of Harmony is not active, Keg Smash instead draws on available vitality to deal an additional 100% damage over 8 sec.

Vitality stored by other abilities is increased by 50%.
