How it works

Combine Recipe Scraps is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24).
  2. Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 30.

What it does

Combine Recipe Scraps is a spell with a 3 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it creates an item.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
