Fun detected, fun deleted! On July 17th, Build 11.0.2.55665 removed the repair part... and in the first Release Candidate on August 1st, Build 11.0.2.55959 scrapped the vendor part as well... every single time Blizzard :-((((( At least, they made it a pet that can battle in Patch 11.0.5

To get this pet, your Warband has to unlock [spell=431909] by reaching Renown Rank 2 with the [faction=2594]. Then you can start to dig in patches of [object=241838] (not marked as treasure on your minimap but easily recognizable when you activate outline mode) in all Khaz Algar zones to find wax (and other things). There are dozens of interactions when you dig and you'll pick up different amounts of [item=212493]. You'll need these globs of wax to acquire [item=224642] to purchase [item=224646].

When you contribute 100% (10 contributions of 5x [item=212493]) to [npc=225166]'s collection in Gundargaz in The Ringing Deeps) you'll be rewarded with 1x [item=224642], the currency used on Ruby Vendor [npc=216164] for a variety of things like battle pets, toys, crafting reagent containers, and more. For the first 25 contributions each week you'll also be rewarded with 5x [currency=3008] on Level 80 characters.
