Uhm.. Dude. The Azure Water Strider is for everyone. It's obtainable by getting 'The Anglers' Exalted.
Currently in the Beta ( Warlords of Draenor ) this mount shows up in the mount list ( as uncollected ) and it comes with the following information:
Vendor: Nat Pagle
Zone: Frostwall ( this is the Horde Garrison in Frostfire Ridge )
Faction: Nat Pagle - HonoredThis came with the latest build ( 18663 ).
Haven't checked the horde side to see if it is there ( Though I doubt Nat Pagle would be there anyway ). But it does give me some hope that this mount might become obtainable in WoD. I really hope it does.
