You can get [item=232858] in exchange for 1x [currency=3220] at S.C.R.A.P. Exchange vendor [npc=234776] in Undermine (he's also also the vendor for the [item=232859]). When you reach Renown 14, you unlock [currency=3220] as random loot while you're [spell=465460] during S.C.R.A.P. jobs and add them as rare loot to the progress-based reward containers you can open for participating when these jobs end./way #2346 25.74 38.13 Angelo Rustbin (SCRAP Exchange)[toggler name="What is a S.C.R.A.P. • You have to unlock the "Scrappy S.C.R.A.P.per I" perk by reaching Renown 2 with [faction=2653] to participate in S.C.R.A.P. jobs.

• There are seven locations with S.C.R.A.P. heaps in the zone, and [npc=231221] always picks one to be active for players (marked with a trash bin icon on your zone map and mini-map).
• 
  
• When someone starts the event by talking to Carlo, players have 2 minutes to interact with the S.C.R.A.P. heap to start [spell=465460] for up to 60 seconds repeatedly, which fills a "Trash Shoveled" bar for the event and your currency tab with [currency=3218] (and rarely Vintage Cans when unlocked).

• Players can activate a nearby [npc=234361] for an ongoing job by talking to the Bot and paying a cumulative 100G. It will then start to passively shovel and help a lot with the event's progress bar when there are not many players around (and you remove all things that will interrupt it).

• During testing this activity was undergoing many changes (probably to nerf the currency acquisition and prevent Idling) and recently, these were the small events we experienced during jobs:
  
  1. 
     
  2. Blue Circles (Good): Stand in them to catch Kaja'Cola cans that will slightly increase your contributed trash for the event's progress for 1 minute (so no need to go for them more than twice).
  3. 
     
  4. Satchels in green puddles (Worst): Will interrupt the Bot and players until removed! Players need to interact, and they better make sure not to run away (to the heap or next bag) before the channeled [spell=473773] cast is finished or they have to repeat and lose more time.
  5. 
     
  6. Green Circles (Bad): Pineapple drinks land on player locations and will knock them back, interrupting the shoveling. So step aside and continue shoveling.
  7. 
     
  8. Flame Patches (Bad): Will interrupt the Bot and players, so run over them to extinguish the flames.
  9. 
     
  10. Discarded Bombs (Bad): Will interrupt the Bot and players while fixating them to explode. Remove them fast with a [spell=473753].
  11. 
      
  12. Enemies (Bad): If they aggro you and interrupt your shoveling, kill them. (pet classes can send their companions and continue shoveling)

• If players manage to get to 100% on the progress bar, the [npc=234621] Rare is supposed to spawn. (the Rare spawn is probably back to full RNG or they forgot to adjust the spawn condition down to 500 trash with the latest event changes)

• When the event timer ends, participating players can loot a progress-based reward container ( 0-150 Trash = Half-Empty Bag, 151-350 Trash = Dented Crate, 351-500 Trash = Uncovered Strongbox; these will remain at their place if you forget to loot them immediately). Shortly after, another location will be chosen and shown on your map.

• When players gain Renown with [faction=2653], there are passive Renown perks (e.g. unlocks for buff items from a [npc=234362] near the active S.C.R.A.P. heap), but they only speed up filling the event's progress bar and don't increase the amount of Kaja'Cola cans looted. Especially the buff items from the vendor are now almost pointless with the increased frequency of interrupting events and it was never the "twice as much trash" mentioned in their tooltips (maybe +25%). On top of that, the recently added blue circles provide a similar buff for free, for a full minute, and without the Renown.
