Can only be used UNDERWATER. I currently move +8 mounted but not mounted I move +35. As i was typing this I started to die from lack of breath (no worries, I was able to save myself) so it doesn't give water breathing. Can not use if your head is above water.
Other than adding to your mount count, not sure what the benefit of this mount is, unless something is changed in a future update.
Riding the Darkwater Skate :
On the bottom speed = 110%
Off the bottom speed = 135%Stay off the bottom for a faster ride.
