How it works
Decay Burst is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.2 sec. It triggers Decay Burst.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 395.
What it does
Decay Burst is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 0.2 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Decay Burst (record #423694).
