For those of you who still haven't gotten the mount due to a game error, please see the below answer I got from support:

"There was an issue shortly after the new month started where this mount was not available.

That issue has since already been hotfixed, so the root of the problem has been resolved.

We do not currently have any workarounds to share for players who completed the monthly track while this mount was unavailable.

The developers are aware of the issue and looking into it."

I've completed the trading post before bug fix and got no mount even today. I hope they will fix this soon.

I sure hope they fix this... right now it's a purchasable mount, but it's supposed to be the monthly reward. The monthly reward is currently missing on the EU servers. : /

It appears to be fixed now! This should be available as the reward for the month! Yay!
