Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests

[item=189458] is a protoform synthesis mount.

Schematic can be found in Plain of Actualization sub zone.
There is a tall pillar close to the platform with daily quest mob. The schematic is on the top. You need to have flight in ZM unlocked or Door of Shadows to reach it.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create [item=187666] mount.
