Yes, the effect stacks/multiplies for multiple pieces of gear.
I tested this today by using two rings. Having this effect on two rings still shows a single buff that stacks up to 5, but the buff tooltip shows higher stats. In timewalking, I had a total of +29 stat from wearing two rings with 5 stacks of the buff; when tested again I had +15 stat from wearing 1 ring at 5 stacks.Had a small bug where I wasnt getting any buff at all after taking off one of the rings. I had to unequip and re-equip the second ring to start getting the effects again.
Does anyone know if this stacks? Seems so.
