How it works
Its dispel type is client id 6.
Dimensional Shifter is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 18. Its base value is 5.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec.
- Effect 4 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 260.
What it does
Dimensional Shifter is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 15 yards and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 1 sec.
