PhysicalTooltip
Permanently embroiders your cloak with discreet spellthread, reducing the amount of threat you generate with attacks and spells. Only the tailor's cloak can be embroidered, and doing so will cause them to become soulbound.
How it works
- Effect 1 is Enchant Item (effect type 53).
What it does
Discreet Spellthread is a spell with a 2 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it enchants an item.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
